A pirate lived here. I'm not even kidding. He had the skull and crossbones flag, the bandana, the rolled up trousers, the raggedy linen shirt, bare feet... and he lived here. Entirely surrounded by assorted squash, pumpkins, and gourds. They covered his yard, the bridge to his home, they were in the trees, hanging over the river below, EVERYWHERE. I loved this place.
